Mark Wasilko, Middle School Music Teacher, was nominated for Yamaha’s Music Educator 40 Under 40. The program is meant to highlight young music educators who inspire students, colleagues, and their community. He was nominated for his work at PA Virtual, overseeing a large number of students in middle school music.

A team of three PA Virtual High School students were selected as the District 6 winner for PennDOT's third Innovations Challenge. The team members include Layla Koon, Alysandra Chen, and Logan Seaver. They will move on to the statewide competition in Harrisburg on Wednesday, April 29, 2020.
